After more than 20 incredible years, we are saying a heartfelt thank you and farewell to Steve, who is retiring from teaching woodwind here at SRG.
Steve hasn’t just been a woodwind teacher – he has been the heartbeat of music within our school community. From inspiring children to play their very first notes in Year 1, to leading vibrant orchestras at concerts and Speech Days, his impact has been extraordinary.
While we will miss the music drifting from the meeting room and his presence in school life, we are so grateful for the legacy he leaves behind – a thriving, joyful musical community.
Thank you, Steve, for 20+ years of inspiration, dedication, and unforgettable music. We wish you all the very best as you begin this new chapter focusing on your family – but you will always be part of the SRG family 🎶💚
