An outstanding performance from our Field Gun team as they competed with determination and spirit at Armed Forces Day.
In an incredibly close contest, the team narrowly missed out on third place in the combined times category but secured an impressive 5th place overall — setting a new Sir Robert Geffery’s School record of 2 minutes and 42 seconds!
Mr. White and Claire were immensely proud of the entire team, who approached every run with 100% effort and never stopped smiling throughout the day.
A heartfelt thank you goes to all the parents who provided fantastic support during what was a long and demanding day. Special thanks also to Mr. White and Claire for their dedication in training the team over the past few months, and to Mr. Yeoman and Mr. Mugford for giving their time to cheer the team on.
