We are incredibly grateful to the organisers of the Landrake Community Lunch for their generous £300 donation to the School Farm! This support means so much and will go a long way in helping our children continue to learn through hands-on experiences with nature and animals.
Each month, pupils from year 5 visit The Geffery Memorial Hall to help serve lunch and spend time chatting with local residents. This ongoing connection is more than just a meal – it is an opportunity for our children to engage with the wider community, learn the importance of giving back, and perfectly embodies one of the school’s core values: Service.
Through these visits, our pupils are learning real-life lessons in kindness, compassion and the power of community spirit.
