Our school was buzzing with excitement this week as pupils and staff took part in a wonderfully creative “Backwards Day”, organised by our School Council to raise funds for the school farm.
From jumpers worn back-to-front to coats zipped up the wrong way round, the whole school community embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and good humour.
This event was more than just fun – it was a powerful example of pupil voice in action. Our School Council worked hard to plan, promote and organise Backwards Day, showing fantastic leadership, teamwork and creativity. Their idea not only brought the school together but also helped raise valuable funds to support our school farm and the exciting learning opportunities it provides.
Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a success.
